  • What is the price of a picnic?

    Our Luxury Picnic Package start at $250 for two people and our Picnic Party Package starts at $475 for six people - each additional person is $30.  

    We have customizable add-ons you can add to any of our picnic that are an additional cost.

  • What is included in a basic picnic setup? 

    Our basic picnic set-up is broken down in the simplest terms for you:

    #1. THE ATMOSPHERE ——- Table, cushions, pillows, place settings, décor, & color theme of your choice!

    #2. Food Board ——— Your choice of cheese & charcuterie, brunch, or dessert! Includes sparkling water.

    #3. Picnic Basket ——— Bluetooth speaker, card game, hand sanitizer, & corkscrew bottle opener.

    #4. Our Service ——— Full set-up and take-down & 1.5 hours of picnic time!

    If you have any questions, feel free to ask during your booking and planning process - we don’t want any stress on your part!

  • Can I customize my picnic? 

    Yes, that is what we are here for!

    Feel free to request any specific food as a part of your board or as an add-on. We can pick up your favorite treat from a bakery, add a custom cake, or grab dinner from your favorite restaurant. We can also customize decor with a fresh floral arrangement or gifts for your guests. All add-on pricing and customization will be agreed upon before booking so you know exactly what you’ll get! 

  • What about the weather?

    We ask all of our guests to have an indoor backup plan available in the case of inclement weather. We can decide on the day of your picnic whether or not to move indoors based on weather conditions. We do have waterproof blankets and tarps to use under the table if the ground is wet, but if it’s actively storming we’ll move indoors! 

  • How many people can attend a picnic?

    We can accommodate up to 10 people. If using our bubble tent the maximum capacity is 4 people.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require at least a 48 hour notice for cancellation and rescheduling.After this period, we cannot offer refunds due to the food we have already purchased in preparation for your picnic. If you need to reschedule last minute, we do require you to cover the cost of the food purchased for your original picnic date in order to book another date. 

  • Can I bring my own food or alcohol?

    You are more than welcome to bring your own food! If you prefer to have a picnic set up with no food, let us know and we’ll deduct the cost of food.

    As far as drinks go, we are not licensed to serve alcohol and defer to the park’s regulations on alcoholic drinks on their property. Please use discretion - we are not responsible for any alcohol provided by our clients.

  • Do you only offer picnics on Sundays?

    No. Although nothing is quite as nice as a sunday afternoon picnic, we offer picnics any day of the week!

    Weekday picnics are by request and dependent on our availability, but we will gladly try to make it work – just ask!

  • Where do you host picnics?

    Our most popular picnic spots at local parks are DeVou, Larz Anderson, Ault*,and Eden*.

    *Some Cincinnati Parks require a permit - this is an additional $75 fee.

    For a cozy & convenient option, we can also bring picnics to your home’s backyard or living room! — If you are outside of the greater Cincinnati/NKY region, a travel fee might be applied to your invoice.
